JAKOB SCHMIDT (*1995, Berlin) ist ein autodidaktischer Künstler und Designer mit Schwerpunkt auf Malerei und Schriftgestaltung. Aus der Graffiti-Kultur kommend, entwickelte er früh ein starkes Interesse an Buchstaben, visuellen Systemen und handwerklicher Präzision.

Seine Arbeiten bewegen sich zwischen urbaner Ästhetik, Abstraktion, traditionellem Sign Painting und zeitgenössischem Design. Internationale Projekte und längere Arbeitsaufenthalte in den USA, Südostasien und Australien prägten seinen praxisorientierten Ansatz und führten ihn zur freischaffenden Tätigkeit.

Neben freien Arbeiten entwirft Jakob Logos und individuelle Typografie, die er auf Wänden, Objekten und Leinwänden umsetzt.

JAKOB SCHMIDT (*1995, Berlin) is a self-taught artist and designer with a strong focus on Painting and typography. Rooted in graffiti culture, he developed an early fascination with letters, visual systems, and craftsmanship.

His work bridges urban aesthetics, abstraction, traditional sign painting, and contemporary design. International projects and extended working periods in the United States, Southeast Asia, and Australia have shaped his hands-on approach and led to his practice as a freelance artist.

Alongside his studio work, Jakob designs logos and custom typography, translating them onto walls, objects, and canvases.
